Ten nonprofits across the United States will receive $25,000 in cash and $25,000 in Kubota equipment through the 2025 Kubota Hometown Proud grant program. The initiative, now in its fifth year, has contributed more than $2.4 million to community-based projects.

The winning organizations include farm training incubators, greenhouse rebuilding efforts and equestrian therapy programs, each selected from more than 1,000 applicants nationwide. Local Kubota dealers partnered with each project to provide support and ensure equipment needs are met.

“For over five years, the Kubota Hometown Proud grant program has connected our dealers with the communities they serve,” said Alex Woods, president of Kubota Tractor Corporation. “We are honored to help empower the important work of this year’s grant recipients.”

Notable projects include the Fruitdale High School Alumni Organization in Alabama, which will rebuild its agriculture building and greenhouse, and the University of Hawai’i Foundation’s GoFarm Hawai’i program, which focuses on cultivating future farmers.

In addition to the grants, Kubota’s Hometown Proud Win & Give Sweepstakes gave away a BX sub-compact tractor and a $1,000 mini-grant to Coco’s Heart Dog Rescue, nominated by sweepstakes winner Ken W. from Roberts, Wis.

The program highlights Kubota’s ongoing support for rural communities, farming education and nonprofit organizations working to improve access to agriculture and community services.
