Bobcat Company Named One of America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2025

Bobcat Company has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for 2025 by Newsweek. The annual rankings recognized Bobcat in seven distinct categories, including Greatest Workplaces for Manufacturing and Greatest Workplaces by State – North Dakota.

Other categories in which Bobcat was honored include Greatest Workplaces for Parents and Families, Gen Z, Mental Wellbeing and Inclusion & Diversity. The recognition highlights Bobcat’s ongoing investment in employee development, workplace culture and support programs for its more than 5,000 U.S.-based employees.

Bobcat’s operations span multiple facilities across the United States, with its North American headquarters located in West Fargo, North Dakota. The company, which manufactures compact equipment and worksite solutions, continues to build on its American roots.

In recent years, Bobcat has introduced initiatives such as onboarding and mentorship programs, leadership and career development efforts, employee resource groups and enhanced benefit offerings aimed at boosting engagement and retention.

The rankings were developed in partnership with research firm Plant-A Insights. The selection process included more than 1.5 million company reviews from approximately 250,000 U.S. employees across 78 sectors. Employees were surveyed on compensation and benefits, training, career progression, work-life balance and company culture.
